About Me

As a mother of two and a dedicated professional in nutrition coaching, hormonal health, and personal training, my journey began over 17 years ago when I was diagnosed with thyroid issues, leading to partial thyroid removal surgery. Despite my deep passion for fitness, I struggled to navigate my health challenges due to a lack of proper nutrition knowledge. Though I was never overweight, I felt out of shape and searched for sustainable solutions.

Through years of experimenting with various diets—including keto—I experienced both successes and setbacks, such as muscle loss and plateaus. Frustrated, I sought a deeper understanding of nutrition, enlisting the guidance of a coach to learn how food truly impacts the body. As I transformed my own health, others took notice. Friends, family, and acquaintances began seeking my advice, which inspired me to become certified in nutrition and fitness coaching.

Today, I am the owner and founder of Channeling Hormones and Nutrition Coaching, a platform dedicated to helping women achieve sustainable health and vitality through personalized strategies. Now in menopause, I have successfully managed my symptoms with the knowledge and holistic approach I’ve gained over the years. My expertise in hormonal health allows me to provide tailored strategies to help others navigate similar transitions with confidence and balance.
