As a mother of two and a dedicated professional in the fields of nutrition coaching, hormonal health, and personal training, my journey began over 17 years ago when I was diagnosed with thyroid issues, leading to partial thyroid removal surgery. Despite my innate passion for fitness, I lacked the knowledge and understanding of nutrition necessary to navigate my health challenges effectively. Despite never being overweight, I found myself out of shape and struggling to find sustainable solutions.

Experimenting with various diets, including keto, I experienced weight loss, but also encountered setbacks such as muscle mass loss and plateaus over time. Frustrated by these limitations, I sought a different approach, enlisting the guidance of a nutrition coach to deepen my understanding of food and its impact on my body.

As I began to witness tangible results, experiencing newfound energy and witnessing transformative changes in my physique, others took notice. Friends, family, and acquaintances approached me, curious about my journey and seeking advice. Eager to share my knowledge and extend support to others on their wellness journeys, I embarked on the path to certification in nutrition.
